2. Booking Terms
All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment is required to secure your booking.
Bookings are only considered confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by our team.
3. Payment Policy
All payments must be made via QR code provided by Ombak Pantai Holiday.
We do not accept cash, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods.
Please retain your payment receipt and send proof of payment to our contact number (via WhatsApp or email) for verification.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date: 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 3–6 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour date or no-shows: No refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days to the same account used for payment.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to slot availability.
Requests must be made at least 3 days in advance.
Price differences may apply if rescheduled to a different season or rate category.
6. Tour Participation
Participants must ensure they are medically fit to join the tour and water activities.
Safety equipment such as life jackets will be provided.
Ombak Pantai Holiday is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses due to personal negligence or unforeseen events.
7. Weather & Safety
Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to bad weather or sea conditions. Customer safety is our priority.
If cancellation is required due to weather, customers may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
8. Children Policy
Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Special rates apply for children aged 4–12 years. Children below 4 years old may join for free depending on the package.
9. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during booking (e.g., name, contact info) is strictly used for operational and communication purposes.
We do not share customer data with third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including text, images, and graphics is owned by Ombak Pantai Holiday.
